#323 [patch] basic maven project.xml

this basic maven pom allows users to easily configure
the httpunit project for use in IDEs (e.g. using "maven
eclipse"), create a jar or prepare an upload bundle for
inclusion in the maven repository.
Could this be committed to cvs for all the maven users
out there?

note that the pom only contains the basic properties
needed for compilation and upload requests, but it
can't fully reproduce the ant build without
restructuring the source tree (junit tests can't sit in
the same directory as the main sources). If you are
interested in adapting the full build to maven let me
know and I will send you a full patch.
