#292 tmp file in local repository not renamed

HttpRepository downloads xyz.jar to the local
repository as xyz.jar.tmp. It is then supposed to
rename xyz.jar.tmp to xyz.jar. Under our version of
windows - 2000 and XP - the file does not get renamed
if xyz.jar already exists.

I have patched HttpRepository - see attached file - to
delete xyz.jar if it exists so that the rename can succeed.

Dear Jamie,

thank you for your bug report. I'm currently working an all open httpunit bug reports.
This one is for ant-dependencies so I assigned it to russell and set it to "pending" it will expire in 90 days
