Relay HTTP packets through a remote .NET webservice. Web browser accesses remote SoapRelay.ASPX page and SoapRelay.ASPX page accesses target website. Bypass firewalls. Browser --(Internet)--> ASPX --> ASMX --(Internet)--> Target Web Site.
