That's very strange, I'm using Win10 x64 myself and have never had that error on startup. Has a directory been created called C:\Users\<your username="">\.httpres ?</your>

I'll be home in the evening, check! Thank you for such an interesting program. And it's very nice to see it written in a development environment Lazarus!

Glad you like it :) I've just double checked on my Win10 install, there's definitely no errors on first run. I suspect it's having problems creating the .httpres directory inside your home directory and the files that go within.

I checked, the folder "C: \ Users \ Alex \ .httpres" is. And it has history.txt file, it only URL address of the site http: //xn--90abhbolvbbfgb9aje4m.xn--p1ai/. The domain in Cyrillic.

Right ok, that gives us something to debug with! Move history.txt from that location (to your desktop will do) and then run the app again. If you no longer get the error can you attach history.txt to a reply so I can use it to debug with.

We have a saying! It would be very funny if it was not so sad. I translate from Russian by on Google Translate.
The trick is that on the second computer, the program runs without the error. But the joke is that even here there is no extra software))) That's just set the system, Kaspersky Anti-Virus.

I'm sorry, I translate through Google. No, the problem is not related to Kaspersky. In his statements can not see the removal or blocking of the program files.
The program is very interesting and quite useful for webmasters. I'll add it to your site for free software. How to publish, I provide a link.
It would be good to deal with this problem. But if you did, then that's okay. I can use it on the second computer.

Very kind :) As for the problem you've reported, its a bit of a tricky one as I am unable to replicate it. I am currently working on the next version which has quite a few improvements and changes so maybe this problem will disappear on its own.
I will leave this ticket open for future reference.

I am ready to help with the translation, it is better for us to do? Is it possible to embed the language in the standard distribution, and install it, it will set right. Or, the user selects the program.

Ideally the languages would be compiled in using resources so as to maintain the portability.
The next version has an options dialog so language would fit in there nicely.
I think the best way would be for me to create an English language file containing all the various strings used throughout and then you could create a translation from that.

I moved to the desktop, and program files history.txt, but still climbs error.
Well this is a mystery! The only other thing I notice is there's no useragent file, I've attached one to this message for you to place in .httpres

Sorry, I'm not sure I understand.. Are you saying Kaspersky is causing problems?

A not planned localization of software to different languages?
Or some massive checks? Just me it would be convenient to check response codes URL address list.
I'm happy to provide different languages if there are people to translate.
I like the idea of checking the response codes of a URL list, I think I will implement this feature :)
I am ready to help with the translation, it is better for us to do? Is it possible to embed the language in the standard distribution, and install it, it will set right. Or, the user selects the program.
but it is still possible to specify in the program, the tab about the license? We just have organizations often check on the legality of software.

Well, when will need my help with translation into Russian, just write!
Do not think for spam, but credit the httpres on my site

Always happy to see a new link :) and I will contact you when I'm ready with the translation (initially looking at perhaps a week or so)
It seems cyrillic domain names are also a problem, континентсвободы.рф causes it to return code 0 :(
