First release (0.4b) of HTTP Proxy Client presented on SourceForge.Net.

At the moment the list of applications, working via HTTP Proxy Client includes:
telnet, ftp, cvs, lynx, beta licq, donkey, other programs, which uses TCP/IP for communication.
