[Httpmail-devel] folder enum fix for ruby implementation

Hi all,

If you add the changes mentioned in the 3 comments (plus one dup) attached to 
the folder enum bug to the cvs version of the ruby implementation then presto 
you can enumerate all your hotmail folders.

Now to add dumping folders to mboxes/Maildirs
