#9 The http proxy never opened a socket - fixed code

I tried to use the http proxy and found that the code
never actually opened a socket to listen for connection
from a mail client. I found a generic server wrapper and
fixed the code. I've attached the fixed version. You'll
need to get the NetServer::Generic stuff from CPAN to
use this.
