#83 Alert: Conversion to encoding 30 failed...

I have encountered a problem that it shows an alert as
the attachment whenever I click on the icon of
exclamation mark in a triangle next to my hotmail
account to activate it in Mail.app.

It reads as:

Alert:

Conversion to encoding 30 failed for string
"HttpmailUid MSG1128..."
----------------------------------------------------------------

I have removed all the mails on hotmail from the web
and tried again in hoping that it would cure the problem.

However, it didn't work.

The error disappeared after I have switched the languages
preferences in Hotmail from Traditional Chinese to English
on hotmail web site.

The encoding used in Traditional Chinese interface in
hotmail is Big5 and I setted the encoding to Big5-HKSCS, a
superset of Big5, in the httpmail acount in Mail.app.
