#60 Advanced prefs not being retained

In Mail preferences, accounts option, selecting the hotmail account,
under the Advanced tab, the option to "Compact Mailboxes
Automatically" will not stay set / not prompted to save preferences
after setting it and clicking on a different mail account.

(OS 10.3.8, mail v1.3.9, http mail plugin v1.42).
