#51 Junk Mail

Two possibly related problems:
1) A Junk Mail folder appeared nested in the Hotmail Inbox.
2) A junk mail box also appeared in the junk mail
section of Mail.app, but it did not empty with the
erase junk mail command. it was necessary to select
all the hotmail junk mail and delete it, then empty the
deleted mail box.
