All looks good.

I have not yet been able to verify that after an etag change the cache is not 
invalidated if ignore_etag is True, as the etag has been unchanged for a while 
now. But as soon as it does change I'll let you know as a final, real life 
confirmation :-) (not that I'm concerned at all, the tests cover it all).
