Do you have access to the script that is returning that error? Could
that script be checking the HTTP_USER_AGENT and rejecting login on that
basis? The crux of the question is how is the script determining that
cookies are not enabled? I have similar scripts which will simply kick
the user back to the login page if the cookie is not set. It sounds like
the script in question is doing something more.
