[Http-webtest-general] ReportPlugin.pm does not handle mail parameter properly

Hello,

ReportPlugin.pm has a bug that it sends out email report
even if mail parameter is set to "errors" and all test passes.

This is how I fixed this problem.

$ diff ReportPlugin.pm  ReportPlugin.pm.fixed
279c279
<     return if $mail eq 'errors' and !$self->webtest->have_succeed;
---
 >     return if $mail eq 'errors' and $self->webtest->have_succeed;
