[Http-webtest-general] Redirects do not send cookies

I am having a problem with a redirect while doing my webtesting. It
appears the WebTest is not resending cookies when it is doing a
redirect. This does not appear to be the typical behavior of web
browsers as they work fine with my website. Can anyone confirm this
behavior? Is this correct behavior for a web client?
