Eral,

Check your spelling of the wt-script parameter name:
it is "text_require", you made this plural  ("text_requires"), which is 
plainly ignored.

So this should work OK:

=====
test_name = Test WebTest
    url = http://a.valid.url/
    text_require = ( AMissingWord )
end_test
=====
