#3 Exclude cache from specific hosts

Hello,

I've made a patch to prevent some specifics hosts to be cached by http-replicator.

This is useful when you want to download a file trough http-replicator proxy when the original destination webserver is on the same server.

Feel free to merge this patch to the trunk if you like.

The patch is based on the version 3.0

Hi, thanks for the patch, I'd be happy to add that feature. I have just moved the project to github though: http://github.com/gertjanvanzwieten/replicator. Could you maybe send me a pull request there, that also includes an update to the readme to include the new command line switch? Thanks, Gertjan
