[Htt-developers] Fix building httest without SSLv3

Hi,

Currently httest won't build if the OpenSSL libraries have been built 
without SSLv3 support (--no-ssl3).

The attached patch allows building without SSLv3. Let me know if this is 
the correct way of supplying patches to you.
