Hello,

I work for a service team within Amazon Web Services.  We've been using Httest for about 6 months for some of our internal testing.  We've been very pleased with the tool!

I've made a few mostly minor changes to support some of our needs:

1.       command_RPS changed to be a little more accurate (closer to the requested RPS, and more evenly spread)

2.       return exit codes from my_exit

3.       don't truncate lines from logger

4.       add more detailed PERF STAT logging , and log on a per thread basis

I wanted to see if there was interest in me contributing these changes back to you.  And if so, what would be the best method of doing so.
