[htsserver-devel] Updates

Hi everyone.

I have added a new mailing-list called htsserver-cvs. Every cvs 'commit' I
make, will be automatically sent to this list, so you can use it to be
notified whenever there are any changes to the code.

And I put some new screenshots of the ncurses and GTK+ clients
