#4 UMI Support in htseq-count ( Patch included)

Hi,

I've attached a patch to support UMI - Unique Molecular Identifier.

I copy here what I've written in the help file:

+cmdoption:: -u, --umi

+   Count only reads with a distinct UMI - Unique Molecular Identifier. The
+   unique identifier is defined by a read name including the string ":UMI:TTTT:"
+   where the "TTTT" is replaced by the UMI of the read. For each feature, only
+   one occurrence of every UMI is counted
