First Alpha Release

I havent worked out an alpha naming convention yet but it will probably be htphp-1.0.0.datestamp . for now i just have ver 0.0.1 but the next version will probably be htphp-1.0.0.20020229 and betas will be htphp-1.0.0.beta1, beta 2, etc... et, al. When (this is assuming i make it this far. =) i get to release candidates they will be basically the same, htphp-1.0.0.rc1, rc2, etc... et, al. Im hoping to get maybe one other good developer to help do a majority of the coding. More or less (AND I AM VERY SORRY) i like the BSD way of doing things (peer auditing, few ppl with commit access... but lots of ppl submitting code). i feel that i can produce a much stronger, secure product as long with this method... Who knows, someday i may 'see the light' and GPL it but im really impressed with the BSD license and espessially OpenBSD's way of doing things. The version of ht://Dig i have here in my releases is their latest stable release in their original tarball. Earlier versions may work, but im not sure. Once again, i apologize for my lack of documentation but its on its way.
