htop migrating away from sf.net

It's been a great 9 years at SourceForge, but htop is now migrating.

The code is now hosted at Github: http://github.com/hishamhm/htop and the website is now at http://hisham.hm/htop

I wrote a blog post about the migration in my website.

Thanks for everything, SourceForge!

htop 0.6.1 released

Announcing the new release of htop, a process viewer for Linux which aims to be a more interactive replacement for top. A number of users reported that having the set of meters fixed in ~/.htoprc was inconvenient as their logged into different machines with their home directory exported over NFS. The main issue was the varying number of CPUs. This version handles that specifically by adding a new meter type, "All CPUs", which dynamically adjusts itself. Go to the Setup screen and replace your CPU meter(s) with this to use it (or just erase your ~/.htoprc file; newly created ones use "All CPUs" by default).... read more
