[Html2wml] [Announce] Html2Wml version 0.4.8r2

Html2Wml version 0.4.8r2 is available.

There is nearly no difference with the 0.4.8, apart from a correction
in the Makefile (install didn't work) and the XML::LibXML validation
test has been removed in order to prevent the segfaults that could
occur.
