Right, there is indeed a problem. The original page is not the best
piece of HTML I know, but I have seen worse. I see an small error:
there is two [skip] (line 89 and 98) then two [end_skip], but this
is not something that can be nested: the skip mode is a simple on/off
state. Therefore the first [end_skip] turns off the skip mode. The
engine then see the closing tags but most of then, except the </tr>,
are ignored. It may be the cause of the problem but I doubt it as a
</tr> should generate a </p>.

Nope. I've done a few tests and it doesn't seem to be the root of the
problem.

Okay, I've finally found!
Remove the extra <head> that appear inside the document and everything=20=

works.
You can try an example here (provided my machine is up, which should be=20=
