[Html2wml] Announce: Version 0.4.3 pre-release 1

A pre-release of Html2Wml v0.4.3 is available. 

Changes
    Several internal cleans-ip and bugs corrections. Added the support 
    for sending the charset encoding information (patch from Igor 
    Khristophorov). Added the --img-alt-text option to control whether 
    the images are replaced by their alternative text. Thanks to Igor 
    Khristophorov for the suggestion and the patch. 

As it is not a final version, it is currently only available on my 
web site:  http://maddingue.free.fr/techie/html2wml.html

Please note that the documentation has not been updated.
