Unless you ask it to do so, Html2Wml does not convert characters, but=20
modify the XML declaration to indicate the encoding of the document.=20
For example:
<?xml version=3D"1.0" encoding=3D"iso-8859-1"?>
If you want Html2Wml to convert non-ASCII characters, use the -n=20
option. You can make it permanent by editing the source changing the=20
line 78 this way:
'numeric-non-ascii' =3D> 1, ## convert non-ASCII characters to=20
numeric entities
