#2 Slicing algorithm makes cards too big sometimes

Convertor uses tags as entry points to apply slicing
algorithm. This is good only when tags are distributed
enough in a html code. When a size of the text between
tags is too big, cards maden by the convertor are too
big too.

. This is HTML code, but very specific - the length of
text between tags is very big - 12-14 kByte, and cards
produced by the convertor are big as well.
