HTMLViewer project started

The well-known HTMLViewer components (previously sold by PBear.com) are now in the public domain!

To ensure that these components stay usable for a long time to come, we (the HTMLViewer project team) will be maintaining this codebase from now on.

We'd like to thank the original author of the HTMLViewer components, David Baldwin, for all his hard work and his generous donation of this code to the public domain.

In the following months we'll be revising the code a bit. At least, we'll port it to Delphi 2009, but other enhancements are also possible - just chime in with your ideas!

At the moment we're not actively looking for developers, but if you feel like there's something that absolutely has to be done, then please consider contributing your changes to this project.
