Hello,

Sorry, I had completely misunderstood the question. In short, it would 
be really easy to add
the question is if I begin to add latin1, what other charsets should I 
include. And it could become
a never ending story.

The options exists in Tidy, it is here:
 > http://tidy.sourceforge.net/docs/quickref.html#output-encoding

How much do you need this ?
