Hi Adam,

This is a really annoying issue. Since it could be very difficult to solve.
I know it works in some accentuated case. But never saw the issue in the 
last weeks.
What is your exact OS ? And the language in which Windows XX is 
installed ? Polish ?

Can you run the extension in debug mode ? I mean
- Type about:config in the URL
- Then set the value of tidy.options.debug, is it set to true.
- Then run the extension some time and send me this the file 
tidy_firefox_diag.log
