[Htmlvalidator-help] Menu item Enable/Disable gone in latest RC

With the latest RC I found that the menu item to enable/disable the extension
(in the right-click menu) is gone. So now we have first to open the options
dialog, check "Enable validation in the browser" and afterwards click ok (and
the same thing reverse to disable it).

If it's possible, please bring this menu item back. That was the easiest way
to launch the validation for a quick-check.
