Hey.  You can use

   http://ugweb.cs.ualberta.ca/~stef/index.shtml

(The problem's at the first and only <OL>.  The Tidy-based
validator doesn't flag this as invalid, but
http://validator.w3.org/ does.)

I'm _assuming_ that taking a valid xhtml file and changing
any tag to uppercase will result in a test case.
