Hi Drew, No, it is not a known problem. Please go in your Firefox profile directory C:\Documents and Settings\your_user_name\Application Data\Mozilla\profiles\default\xxxxxxx.slt\ Take a backup of your profile directory. Then remove the extension directory. It will remove all extensions of Firefox. It is a perfect method, but it should work.
