[Htmlvalidator-help] Install Error with 0835

Hello,

if I want to install the htmlvalidator 0835 on my seamonkey 1.1, I get the=
 following error:

Install Html Validator (based on Tidy)
An unknown error occured. Error code: -214
Look at the following URL for a description of the error code:
http://developer.netscape.com/docs/manuals/xpinstall/err.html

The link obove doesn't work.
