[Htmlvalidator-help] Vista compatibility

I can't install this extension in Windows Vista. I know you have to be an a=
dministrator, that's what the error page says. But it still does not work a=
fter I right-click (firefox2) and click on 'Run as Administrator'. It will =
install when I am physically logged onto Administrator (the disabled accoun=
t by default). My account is the regular administrator account. What should=
 I do? (The archive was down, sorry if this has been answered before.)=0A =

Hi Kyle,

Sorry, I do not know Vista and have no Vista machine and have never seen 
it neither. The only thing I am sure is that some people succeded to 
install the extension on Vista since some people asked me some questions 
about it.

Still I do not know the implication of the Vista security and do not 
know what to change to make it usable as an end-user on Vista.

But from what I understand, I think simply that firefox extension with 
C/C++ part in Vista will never been able to be installed with a normal 
user. What I think is what Microsoft wished to do by introducing their 
new security system.

If there is a way to solve it by a trick or another, I would be happy to 
do it. But without Vista, it will be difficult to do.
