Hi Marco,

Sorry for the time to answer but I got no acces to my mail for a long time
You can maybe try to run a chmod +x on the directory 
$MOZ_HOME/extensions/tidy
and check that the file is well there ?

You can simpy go to $MOZ_HOME/extensions/tidy then run "make" simply 
from there
and try to see what is wrong.
