If your page is xhtml then you can get the xhtml dtd or schema (both are 
available) from w3.org and perform validation with any xml parser.  I 
typically write xhtml just because it's easy to validate.

If your page is regular html then you might be able to do that with 
either NekoHTML or JTidy.
