[HtmlUnit] ANN: New mailing list

I have created a new mailing list for users of HtmlUnit.  Ideally, the 
new list would be for developers so people just using HtmlUnit wouldn't 
have to switch to a different list but I hadn't thought far enough ahead 
when naming this one. :-(

This list is for people wishing to use HtmlUnit but not particularly 
interested in the ongoing development.  This is expected to remain a low 
traffic list.  General "how do I do..." questions are welcome here. 
Release announcements will also be posted to this list.

This list is for people who are contributing to HtmlUnit or just wish to 
follow development.  This list is going to become busier as cvs commit 
messages and new bug reports are going to be redirected here.

Both lists are open to anyone who is interested.
