I definitely think that 2 lists would be a good thing. One for people developing using HtmlUnit and the other for people actively working on the HtmlUnit code itself. Possibly keep htmlunit-develop for developers and create htmlunit-user for people that have questions about using HtmlUnit. It would make it much easier to keep everyone that is interested in contributing up to date without annoying everybody else.
