[HtmlUnit] Building in Eclipse

Took me a little while to realize I needed jars from /build/lib as well as 
the ones in /dist/lib since my Eclipse was setup to output to /build and 
deleted /build/lib as soon as I checked out :p

I've attached the .project and .classpath required for Eclipse, as well as 
a build.bat example that I use to make the distro (Eclipse + Ant still 
doesn't work right for me, so this just does it manually). I'll be beta 
testing the CheckStyle 3.0 soonish, so I'll add support for that with your 
rules once I can. If you could toss these in your CVS I would greatly 
appreciate it.
