The problem appears to be that NekoHTML is getting confused by the 
<noscript> tag and is converting the <input> into an xml text node 
rather than the element node that it should be.  I've sent an email to 
the author of NekoHTML with a test case.

Please open a bug report for this one and I'll update it when I hear back.
