Re: [HtmlUnit] window.setTimeout not defined

I suspect implementing window.setTimeout() would require some changes also, due
to its asynchronous nature.

Please open a bug for this so it doesn't get lost.  I'm in the middle of
a battle with document.write() and I don't want to lose any other
requests.  Implementing document.write() is requiring some significant
changes to the way pages are loaded btw.
