I've been trying to track this one down for a couple of days now but I 
haven't been able to reproduce it on my machine.  The stack trace you 
provided makes it look like an HtmlPage has been put in the 
HiddenWebWindow which shouldn't be possible.  The HiddenWebWindow is a 
holding place for JavaScript files as they're being loaded.

I've put a check in the HiddenWebWindow that throws an exception if you 
try to put the wrong kind of page in it.  Can you try your test with the 
latest code in cvs and send me the stack trace?  Clearly the wrong thing 
is being put in the window and I need to know where that is happening.
