[HtmlUnit] HtmlUnit-1.1-rc1 released

The original goal of the 1.1 release was to implement the parts of
javascript support that are used most frequently. We've reached that
goal. There is still a lot to do wrt javascript support but there is
enough there to have a production release.

Assuming no show-stopper bugs are found, this release candidate will
become 1.1 final.
