[HtmlUnit] HtmlUnit-1.1-pre3 refresh

There was a mistake in the packaging of pre3. If you have already
downloaded it then you are missing commons-logging.jar in the lib
directory.  I have repackaged the zip and put it up on sourceforge.

If you have already downloaded pre3 then you can either download the whole
package again or just download the one missing jar file.  Both are now
available on sourceforge.
