I've been swamped with work and HtmlUnit has been neglected as a result. 
  I'll try to get to the pending patches later today.  If another 
committer manages to get to them first then that would be excellent.

We should be at least accepting/rejecting patches as they come in even 
if we don't have time for ongoing development.
