That's quite possible, most of it is being generated by ASP.NET server controls 
and we're dealing with Microsoft after all.  Have you ever looked at the HTML 
MS Word generates?  Egads yuk!

It wouldn't surprise me if ASP.NET intentionally generates HTML code that is 
hard to parse by Nekohtml.  Ok, call me a conspiracy theory nut.
