HtmlUnit-1.3-pre1 has been released.  See the changes report for a full 
list of changes.

Please note that there are some incompatible changes between 1.2.x and 
1.3 - all detailed in the changes report.

Note also that this is a PRE-RELEASE because there have been some 
significant structural changes and we want an opportunity to bash on it 
for a bit before declaring it final.  Please try it out and let us know 
if you find any problems.
