Hi all,
It is a pleasure to announce the availability of HtmlUnit 2.21.
The major changes are:    - Introduction of Firefox 45, and removal of Firefox 31.    - INTERNET_EXPLORER has 'IE' nickname.    - JavaScript and CSS fixes
