Hi Ronald,

   Yes, I did check with Charles Proxy and the data after # part is not
sent out at all. I am using an older version
   of HTMLUnit 2.10.

   When I looked into the source code of HTMLUni 2.16 snapshot
(Urlutils.java) file, I saw that after # the data was getting stripped.

   Let me know if I am wrong.
